Mocci, musician rock guitarist, always looking for new sounds,
studied for 15 years
and learned to play the "oud"
and percussions. With a will to create rather than reproduce, he got the idea to adapt the "oud"
music into rock guitar
melodies with a touch of ethnic percussion, drums and strange
mystical atmosphere.
The limits were pushed and his creativity was set free, surrounded and supported by love. Lucien Mocci founded ZESKIOUSS whose first album "old stones" in reference to the first inhabitants of Corsica, symbolically out June 21, 2013.

In November 2015, Lucien Mocci went to a concert of Stathis & Hervé Lafleur in Paris and discovered the voice of Stathis and its potential ... He sent music that will become {Mammon}, other instrumentals followed that seal the beginning of a wonderful collaboration with Stathis ...
Their hard work resulted in the release in June 2017 of the album of ZESKIOUSS, mastering by Yves Altana (Chameleons).
Patrizia Poli, singer of the New Corsican Polyphonies, takes part in the chorus on the song "Spirit of Hope" which gave the tittle to the album.
